Turn Recruitee candidates into offline conversions

LeadTrackr connects Recruitee to your ad platforms by reading pipeline stage and hired/disqualified status. When a candidate advances to a qualifying stage or is marked Hired, LeadTrackr pushes that outcome back to Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 so your recruitment campaigns optimize on applicants you actually hire, not raw application forms.

What it does

What Is the Recruitee Integration?

In plain English: Recruitee already knows which applicants you hire. LeadTrackr passes that outcome back to Google, Meta and GA4 — so your recruitment ads chase people who get hired, not application forms that go nowhere.

The full story

The Recruitee integration lets LeadTrackr read hiring outcomes from your Recruitee account and send them back to your ad platforms as offline conversions. Recruitee — now part of Tellent as Tellent Recruitee — is an applicant tracking system: people apply to an offer (Recruitee-speak for a job) and land in that offer's pipeline, moving through the stages you configured — Apply, Phone screen, Interview, Evaluation, Offer, Hired — until they are hired or disqualified. Those two signals are already sitting in your ATS.

By default your ad platforms only see that an application form was submitted. LeadTrackr bridges that gap: it stores the ad click ID against the matching Recruitee candidate, then forwards the stage change or Hired outcome to each platform through its official server-side API. A hire made weeks later still credits the campaign that sourced the candidate, so bidding and audiences learn from clicks that fill vacancies rather than clicks that generate CVs your recruiters reject on sight.

What LeadTrackr reads

Pipeline stage

How far a candidate has travelled through the stages on the offer they applied to — Apply, Phone screen, Interview, Evaluation, Offer, Hired.

Hired/disqualified status

Whether the candidate was hired or disqualified with a reason — including a requalified candidate picked back up for a later vacancy.

How it works, step by step

Ad click captured
GCLID & fbclid stored on the application
Candidate hired in Recruitee
Or reaches the pipeline stage you mapped
Conversion pushed
Sent to Google Ads, Meta & GA4 automatically

You might be wondering

Q.How does LeadTrackr send Recruitee candidates to my ad platforms?

LeadTrackr reads the Recruitee pipeline stage and hired/disqualified status over the Recruitee API, then uploads the matching outcome to each platform through its official API — Enhanced Conversions for Leads for Google Ads, the Conversions API for Meta, and the Measurement Protocol for GA4. It captures the GCLID and fbclid on the original application and ties them to the candidate, so when that candidate reaches your mapped stage or is marked Hired the conversion is attributed back to the exact click that earned it. A candidate carries no amount, so these conversions are sent as events without a value — the objective is cost per hire, not ROAS.

Connections

Push Recruitee data to any platform

Recruitee qualifies the lead; LeadTrackr sends that conversion to the ad platform you advertise on.

How it works

Setup in 4 Steps

01

Connect Recruitee

Generate a personal API token in Recruitee under Settings → Apps and plugins, and paste it into LeadTrackr together with your company ID from the same screen. LeadTrackr reads your offers, candidates, pipeline stages and hired/disqualified status over the Recruitee API — no custom integration to build and no code on your side.
02

Map Stages & Hired

Choose which Recruitee signals count as a conversion. Map the stage where a candidate is genuinely in play — typically Interview — to your "Qualified Lead" event and the Hired status to your "Converted Lead" event, so each milestone fires the right conversion.
03

Connect Your Destinations

Link Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. LeadTrackr captures the GCLID and fbclid on each application submission and ties them to the Recruitee candidate, ready to attribute any future stage change or Hired outcome back to the click.
04

Push Real Outcomes

As candidates move through your pipeline and get hired in Recruitee, LeadTrackr sends each outcome to your destinations automatically — so Smart Bidding, Meta delivery, and GA4 audiences all learn from people you actually hire.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

LeadTrackr reads two native Recruitee signals: the pipeline stage and the hired/disqualified status. The pipeline stage tracks how far a candidate has moved through the stages configured on the offer they applied to — Apply, Phone screen, Interview, Evaluation, Offer, Hired — while the hired/disqualified status records the outcome. You decide which stage counts as a qualified lead, typically the stage where a recruiter has actually spoken to the candidate, and treat Hired as the conversion. LeadTrackr sends the matching event to your ad platforms the moment that stage is reached or the candidate is hired.
No. A Recruitee candidate carries no amount — there is no deal value or quote total on a job application — so LeadTrackr sends Recruitee outcomes as conversion events without a monetary value. That is the honest signal, and it is the one recruitment campaigns need: value-based bidding has nothing to optimize on here, but Target CPA does. By separating a qualified applicant from a hire as two distinct conversion actions, you give Google Ads and Meta a cost-per-hire target to steer toward instead of a cost-per-application target that rewards volume.
A candidate disqualified in Recruitee never fires a conversion, because LeadTrackr only sends events for the stages and the Hired status you map as conversions. This keeps your ad platforms learning exclusively from people who make it through your process. Recruitee also lets you requalify a candidate — a rejected applicant picked back up for a later vacancy — and LeadTrackr fires the conversion at that point, attributed back to the original ad click date so your historical campaign reporting stays accurate.
No. Recruitee authenticates with a personal API token you generate inside your own Recruitee account under Settings → Apps and plugins, then paste into your LeadTrackr integrations dashboard along with your company ID — a one-time, two-minute step. LeadTrackr then reads offers, candidates, pipeline stages and hired/disqualified status over the standard Recruitee API. You do not build a custom integration, write automation code, or maintain anything afterwards. Once connected, stage changes and Hired outcomes flow to your ad platforms automatically.
