The older Offline Conversions API was deprecated in favor of CAPI, which provides better matching, real-time event delivery, and improved data reliability. LeadTrackr sends events with full event-match quality parameters including hashed email, phone, and click ID, ensuring the highest possible match rate between your lead data and Meta's user graph.
Yes. All customer data including email addresses and phone numbers is hashed using SHA-256 before being sent to Meta. LeadTrackr never sends raw personal data to any third-party platform. The hashing happens on the server side before the API request is made. Meta uses these hashed values solely for matching against their own hashed user database, so neither party ever exchanges plain-text personal information. This approach satisfies GDPR and privacy requirements for data processors.
Yes. Once qualified conversion events flow into Meta via the Conversions API, you can build Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences based on leads that actually converted. This gives you a much higher-quality seed audience than using all form submitters. Because the seed is based on real buyers, the resulting Lookalike Audience will more closely match the demographics, interests, and behaviors of people who actually purchase from your business, significantly improving campaign performance.
LeadTrackr sends multiple matching parameters with each event including hashed email, hashed phone number, fbclid, client IP address, and user agent. This combination typically results in an Event Match Quality score of 8 or higher out of 10, which is rated as "Great" by Meta. A higher match quality score means Meta can attribute more conversions accurately, which directly improves the performance of your Advantage+ campaigns and other automated ad products.
Lead generation and conversion-optimized campaigns benefit the most from offline conversion data. When you select "Leads" or "Sales" as your campaign objective and configure the optimization event to your LeadTrackr offline event, Meta uses the offline signals to find people similar to your actual converters. Advantage+ Shopping campaigns and Advantage+ App campaigns can also benefit. The key requirement is a minimum of 50 offline conversion events per week for the algorithm to optimize effectively.
