Turn Microsoft Dynamics deals into offline conversions

LeadTrackr connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to your ad platforms by reading the opportunity stage and estimated value. When an opportunity advances through Qualify, Develop and Propose, or closes as Closed/Won, LeadTrackr pushes that outcome back to Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 so your campaigns optimize on real pipeline value, not raw form fills.

What it does

What Is the Microsoft Dynamics Integration?

In plain English: Microsoft Dynamics already knows which leads become real opportunities and which ones close. LeadTrackr passes that signal back to Google, Meta and GA4 — so your ads chase pipeline, not just form-fillers.

The full story

The Microsoft Dynamics integration lets LeadTrackr read sales outcomes from your Dynamics 365 Sales environment and send them back to your ad platforms as offline conversions. Dynamics already qualifies every record through two native signals your team updates daily — the opportunity stage as a record moves through Qualify, Develop, Propose and Close, and the estimated value held in the Estimated Revenue field — so the data you need is already sitting in your CRM.

By default your ad platforms only know a form was submitted. LeadTrackr bridges that gap: it stores the original ad click against the Dynamics lead and Opportunity, then forwards each stage change or Closed/Won outcome — with its estimated value attached — to Google Ads, Meta and GA4 through their official APIs. Your campaigns optimize on which clicks become high-value opportunities in your pipeline, not on which clicks merely fill out a form.

You might be wondering

Q.How does LeadTrackr send Microsoft Dynamics opportunities to my ad platforms?

LeadTrackr reads the Dynamics opportunity stage and estimated value, then uploads the matching outcome to each platform through its official API — Enhanced Conversions for Leads for Google Ads, the Conversions API for Meta, and the Measurement Protocol for GA4 — attributed back to the original ad click and carrying the Estimated Revenue as the conversion value.

Connections

Push Microsoft Dynamics data to any platform

Microsoft Dynamics qualifies the lead; LeadTrackr sends that conversion to the ad platform you advertise on.

How it works

Setup in 4 Steps

01

Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365

Authorize LeadTrackr against your Dynamics 365 environment with a standard Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) OAuth consent. LeadTrackr reads leads, opportunities, stages, and estimated value through the Dataverse Web API — no custom plug-in or developer registration required on your side.
02

Map Opportunity Stages & Value

Choose which Dynamics signals count as a conversion. Map a process stage such as Propose to your "Qualified Lead" event, and the Closed/Won state to your "Converted Lead" event, with the Estimated Revenue field carried through as the conversion value.
03

Connect Your Destinations

Link Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. LeadTrackr captures the GCLID and fbclid on each form submission and ties them to the Dynamics lead and Opportunity, ready to attribute any future stage change back to the click.
04

Push Real Outcomes

As opportunities advance and close in Dynamics, LeadTrackr sends each outcome and its estimated value to your destinations automatically, so Smart Bidding, Meta delivery, and GA4 audiences all learn from real pipeline value.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

LeadTrackr reads two native Dynamics 365 Sales signals: the Opportunity stage and the opportunity's estimated value. The stage tracks an Opportunity along the business process flow from Qualify, through Develop and Propose, to Close, ending in a Closed/Won or Closed/Lost state. The estimated value comes from the Estimated Revenue field on the Opportunity. You decide which stage counts as a qualified lead and which counts as a conversion, and LeadTrackr sends the matching event — with the estimated value attached — to your ad platforms when that moment is reached.
Yes. Dynamics 365 lets you customize the business process flow on the Opportunity entity, renaming stages or adding your own beyond the default Qualify, Develop, Propose and Close. LeadTrackr reads the active process definition for the opportunities you grant access to and lets you map any stage to a conversion event and value. So if your team uses a custom "Demo Booked" or "Procurement Review" stage, you can treat reaching it as a qualified-lead conversion just as easily as the standard stages.
No. The integration works with any Dynamics 365 Sales environment that exposes leads and opportunities over the standard Dataverse Web API, which covers the common Sales licences. Connection is a one-time Microsoft Entra ID OAuth authorization from your integrations dashboard. LeadTrackr does not require you to write a Dataverse plug-in, register a model-driven app, or manage application secrets yourself. Once connected, opportunity stage and estimated-value changes flow automatically without ongoing maintenance.
LeadTrackr only fires a conversion when an Opportunity reaches a stage you have mapped, so moving it backward does not create a duplicate. If an opportunity is reopened from Closed/Won and later closes again, LeadTrackr can be configured to treat the original close as the single attributed conversion, preventing double-counting in Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. When the Estimated Revenue is revised before close, LeadTrackr sends the value as it stood at the mapped conversion moment, and each conversion stays attributed to the original click date so your reporting windows remain accurate.
