Turn TeamLeader deals into offline conversions

LeadTrackr connects TeamLeader to your ad platforms by reading deal phase and won/lost status. When a deal advances to a qualifying phase or is marked Won, LeadTrackr pushes that outcome back to Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 so your campaigns optimize on real pipeline, not raw form fills.

What it does

What Is the TeamLeader Integration?

In plain English: TeamLeader already knows which deals you actually win. LeadTrackr passes that outcome back to Google, Meta and GA4 — so your ads chase deals that close, not forms that stall.

The full story

The TeamLeader integration lets LeadTrackr read sales outcomes from your CRM and send them back to your ad platforms as offline conversions. TeamLeader qualifies every opportunity through two native signals your sales team updates as deals move forward — the deal phase inside a pipeline and the won/lost status when a deal closes — so the data you need is already sitting in your CRM.

By default your ad platforms only see that a form was submitted. LeadTrackr bridges that gap: it stores the ad click ID against the matching TeamLeader deal, then forwards the phase change or Won outcome to each platform through its official server-side API — so a deal you close weeks later still credits the campaign that sourced it. Bidding and audiences learn from clicks that become deals you win, not clicks that fill a form and stall in an early phase.

You might be wondering

Q.How does LeadTrackr send TeamLeader deals to my ad platforms?

LeadTrackr reads the TeamLeader deal phase and won/lost status, then uploads the matching outcome to each platform through its official API — Enhanced Conversions for Leads for Google Ads, the Conversions API for Meta, and the Measurement Protocol for GA4. It captures the GCLID and fbclid on the original form submission and ties them to the deal, so when a deal reaches a qualifying phase or is marked Won the conversion is attributed back to the exact click that earned it.

Connections

Push TeamLeader data to any platform

TeamLeader qualifies the lead; LeadTrackr sends that conversion to the ad platform you advertise on.

How it works

Setup in 4 Steps

01

Connect TeamLeader

Authorize LeadTrackr against your TeamLeader account with a standard OAuth consent. LeadTrackr reads your deals, pipeline phases, and won/lost status — no custom TeamLeader integration or API key to manage on your side.
02

Map Deal Phases & Won/Lost

Choose which TeamLeader signals count as a conversion. Map an early qualifying phase to your "Qualified Lead" event and the Won status to your "Converted Lead" event, so each milestone fires the right conversion.
03

Connect Your Destinations

Link Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. LeadTrackr captures the GCLID and fbclid on each form submission and ties them to the TeamLeader deal, ready to attribute any future phase change or Won outcome back to the click.
04

Push Real Outcomes

As deals advance through phases and get marked Won in TeamLeader, LeadTrackr sends each outcome to your destinations automatically, so Smart Bidding, Meta delivery, and GA4 audiences all learn from deals you actually win.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

LeadTrackr reads two native TeamLeader signals: the deal phase and the won/lost status. The deal phase tracks where a deal sits as it moves through the stages of a TeamLeader pipeline, while the won/lost status records whether the deal was ultimately marked Won or Lost. You decide which phase counts as a qualified lead and treat the Won status as the conversion, and LeadTrackr sends the matching event to your ad platforms the moment that phase is reached or the deal is won.
Yes. TeamLeader lets you run several pipelines, each with its own set of deal phases — for example one for new business and one for upsells. LeadTrackr can read every pipeline you grant access to and lets you map phases per pipeline to different conversion events and values. That means a Won deal in your new-business pipeline can carry a different conversion value than one in your upsell pipeline, so each ad platform optimizes toward the revenue that actually matters to you.
A deal marked Lost in TeamLeader never fires a conversion, because LeadTrackr only sends events for the phases and the Won status you map as conversions. This keeps your ad platforms learning exclusively from deals you actually win. If a previously lost deal is reopened and later marked Won, LeadTrackr fires the conversion at that point, attributed back to the original ad click date so your historical campaign reporting stays accurate.
No. Connection is a one-time OAuth authorization from your LeadTrackr integrations dashboard. LeadTrackr reads deals, phases, and won/lost status over the standard TeamLeader API — you do not build a custom integration, manage API credentials, or write any automation code. Once connected, phase changes and Won outcomes flow to your ad platforms automatically, with no ongoing maintenance on your end.
