LeadTrackr pushes the closed-deal value to ChatGPT Ads via ChatGPT Ads Conversions API.

How do you send TeamLeader deals to ChatGPT Ads?

LeadTrackr reads the TeamLeader deal phase and its won or lost status, then posts the matching outcome to the ChatGPT Ads Conversions API server-side. It captures the oppref click identifier when a visitor arrives from a sponsored ChatGPT placement, stores it against the TeamLeader contact and deal along with hashed email and phone for advanced matching, and fires the conversion when the deal reaches a mapped phase or is marked won.

Why connect them

What TeamLeader + ChatGPT Ads unlocks

Server-side, so won deals still register

A TeamLeader deal that closes weeks after the click is invisible to any browser pixel. LeadTrackr posts it to the Conversions API from the server, which is the layer OpenAI built for conversions that happen after the visit.

Deal value trains the auction

ChatGPT Ads conversion events accept a value, so the TeamLeader deal value goes with every won outcome. Conversion-optimised bidding then weighs a large project above a small one rather than counting every enquiry the same.

oppref outlives the cookie

The __oppref cookie lasts 30 days. LeadTrackr copies the identifier onto the TeamLeader contact and deal at submission, so a phase change long after that window still resolves to the sponsored placement that earned the click.

No change to how your team works

Qualification stays in the TeamLeader phases your team already uses. LeadTrackr listens to those phase changes and translates them into ChatGPT Ads conversions — nothing new for sales to fill in.

TeamLeader users connecting ChatGPT Ads early hand conversion bidding a won-deal signal from the first week, while most advertisers on the channel are still reporting form fills.

How it works

Set up once, runs automatically

01

TeamLeader deal reaches a mapped phase

A deal advances to Proposal or is marked won — the TeamLeader phase changes you chose as conversions, not the enquiry form that started them.

02

LeadTrackr builds the server-side event

LeadTrackr reads the oppref value from the deal, adds the hashed email and phone for advanced matching, attaches the deal value and stamps a stable event ID so the OAIQ pixel cannot double-count it.

03

Posted to the Conversions API

The event reaches your ChatGPT Ads Pixel ID over the server-side endpoint, attributed to the placement that earned the click, and conversion bidding steers toward the conversations that close.

FAQ

TeamLeader + ChatGPT Ads questions

Because conversion-optimised bidding trains on whatever it receives. Send form submissions and the auction learns to buy form submissions, including the ones your team disqualifies in the first call. Send the TeamLeader phases that represent genuine progress — Proposal, Won — with their deal value, and it learns which sponsored placements produce business. Setting it up costs the same either way; only the quality of what the auction learns differs.
They produce no conversion event at all, which is exactly what makes the signal useful. ChatGPT Ads only sees the deals that reached a phase you mapped, so its bidding model is built from the clicks that turned into business rather than from every enquiry. Lost deals remain in your LeadTrackr dashboard with their full attribution, so you can still see which campaigns produce volume that does not close.
It is worth running for browser-side signals, but it cannot report a TeamLeader deal won weeks later. If you run both, the pixel and the Conversions API must send the same event ID for the same conversion or OpenAI counts it twice and bidding trains on inflated volume. LeadTrackr sends a stable event ID per conversion so the two layers reconcile to one.
