Turn Shopify orders into offline conversions

LeadTrackr connects Shopify to your ad platforms so your in-store purchases finally count. When someone clicks an ad, fills in a form, then walks in and buys in the shop, your team rings up the order in Shopify — and LeadTrackr matches that in-store sale back to the original ad click and pushes it to Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 as a real conversion.

What it does

What Is the Shopify Integration?

In plain English: Shopify already knows which orders your team rang up at the till. LeadTrackr matches each in-store purchase back to the online ad click that started it, then tells Google, Meta and GA4 — so your ads chase real buyers, not just form-fillers.

The full story

The Shopify integration lets LeadTrackr turn the in-store purchases your team rings up at the till into trackable ad conversions. It is built for shops that advertise online but close most sales in person: a visitor clicks a Google or Meta ad, fills in an appointment or quote form, then walks into the shop and buys. A staff member rings up the order in Shopify, either through point-of-sale or as a manually created order — and that sale is the offline conversion your ad platforms never saw, because there was no online checkout to fire a pixel.

LeadTrackr bridges that gap. It captures the ad click ID and the customer's email and phone the moment the form is submitted, then matches the later Shopify order back to that lead. When the order is created, marked paid, or fulfilled, LeadTrackr forwards the sale and its order value to Google Ads, Meta and GA4 through their official server-side APIs as offline conversions — so bidding and audiences finally learn from the people who actually walked in and bought.

You might be wondering

Q.How does LeadTrackr send Shopify orders to my ad platforms?

LeadTrackr reads your Shopify orders, matches each in-store purchase to the lead by email or phone, then uploads the outcome to each platform through its official API — Enhanced Conversions for Leads for Google Ads, the Conversions API for Meta, and the Measurement Protocol for GA4. The order value rides along as the conversion value, so value-based bidding optimizes toward your biggest in-store baskets.

Connections

Push Shopify data to any platform

Shopify qualifies the lead; LeadTrackr sends that conversion to the ad platform you advertise on.

How it works

Setup in 4 Steps

01

Connect Shopify

Authorize LeadTrackr against your Shopify store with a standard OAuth consent. LeadTrackr reads orders and customers — no custom Shopify app or theme edit required.
02

Choose Which Purchases Count

Decide which moment is your conversion: an order created, marked paid, or fulfilled. Point-of-sale and manually created orders are included, so in-store purchases count just like online ones.
03

Connect Your Destinations

Link Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. LeadTrackr captures the GCLID and fbclid on each form submission and ties them to the customer, ready to match the in-store purchase back to the click.
04

Push Real Sales

As people buy in the shop and your team rings up the orders, LeadTrackr sends each in-store purchase and its value to your destinations automatically, so Smart Bidding, Meta delivery, and GA4 all learn from real revenue.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes — that is exactly what it is built for. LeadTrackr reads the in-store purchases your team rings up in Shopify as point-of-sale or manually created orders, not just orders that come through the online checkout. So when someone clicks an ad, fills in a form, and then buys in person, LeadTrackr still matches that in-store sale back to the ad click and counts it as a conversion. These off-website sales recorded in Shopify are the core scenario the integration solves.
When a visitor submits a form on your site, LeadTrackr stores their email and phone alongside the captured GCLID or fbclid as a lead. When that customer later buys in the shop and the order is rung up in Shopify with the same email or phone, LeadTrackr matches the two, recovers the original click ID, and attributes the in-store purchase to the campaign, ad, and keyword that produced the lead. Because the match is on first-party contact data, it works even when the purchase happens days later and entirely in person.
No. The integration connects with a one-time OAuth authorization from your LeadTrackr dashboard and works with standard Shopify plans that expose orders and customers over the API — including Shopify POS for in-store sales. You do not need to build a private Shopify app, edit your theme, or write any code. Once connected, new in-store and online orders flow into LeadTrackr automatically without ongoing maintenance.
You decide. Most shops use "order created" so an in-store purchase counts the moment it is rung up, but you can choose "paid" if you only want settled sales, or "fulfilled" if you want to wait until the order ships. You can also send the order total as the conversion value, so value-based bidding in Google Ads and Meta optimizes toward the customers who spend the most in-store, not just the ones who buy.
