Turn Pipedrive deals into offline conversions

LeadTrackr connects Pipedrive to your ad platforms by reading pipeline stage and deal value. When a deal advances to a stage you care about or is marked Won, LeadTrackr pushes that outcome — with its euro value — back to Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 so your campaigns optimize on real revenue, not raw form fills.

What it does

What Is the Pipedrive Integration?

In plain English: Pipedrive already knows which deals reach Won and how much each one is worth. LeadTrackr passes that signal back to Google, Meta and GA4 — so your ads chase real revenue, not just form-fillers.

The full story

The Pipedrive integration lets LeadTrackr read sales outcomes from your CRM and send them back to your ad platforms as offline conversions. Pipedrive already qualifies every deal through two native signals your team updates daily — the pipeline stage a deal sits in as it moves from Qualified through Proposal Made and Negotiation to Won, and the deal value attached to it — so the data you need is already sitting in your CRM.

By default your ad platforms only see that a form was submitted; they never learn which of those leads became a paying customer. LeadTrackr captures the ad click ID on the original form, stores it on the Pipedrive deal, and forwards each stage change — with its deal value — to Google Ads, Meta and GA4 through their official APIs. The result is bidding, delivery and reporting based on real pipeline, not raw form volume.

What LeadTrackr reads

Pipeline stage

The column a deal occupies as it moves from Qualified through Proposal Made and Negotiation to Won or Lost.

Deal value

The monetary amount on each deal, sent as the conversion value for value-based optimization.

How it works, step by step

Ad click captured
GCLID & fbclid stored on the Pipedrive deal
Deal qualified in Pipedrive
Pipeline stage changes or the deal is marked Won
Conversion pushed
Sent to Google Ads, Meta & GA4 automatically

You might be wondering

Q.How does LeadTrackr send Pipedrive deals to my ad platforms?

LeadTrackr reads the Pipedrive pipeline stage and deal value, then uploads the matching outcome to each platform through its official API — Enhanced Conversions for Leads for Google Ads, the Conversions API for Meta, and the Measurement Protocol for GA4. It captures the click ID on the original form and stores it on the deal, so every Won outcome is attributed back to the exact click that earned it.

Connections

Push Pipedrive data to any platform

Pipedrive qualifies the lead; LeadTrackr sends that conversion to the ad platform you advertise on.

How it works

Setup in 4 Steps

01

Connect Pipedrive

Authorize LeadTrackr against your Pipedrive account with a standard OAuth consent. LeadTrackr reads persons, deals, pipelines, stages, and deal values — no custom Pipedrive app or API token to generate on your side.
02

Map Pipeline Stages & Deal Value

Choose which Pipedrive signals count as a conversion. Map a pipeline stage such as Proposal Made to your "Qualified Lead" event, and the Won status to your "Converted Lead" event, with the deal value sent as the conversion value.
03

Connect Your Destinations

Link Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. LeadTrackr captures the GCLID and fbclid on each form submission and ties them to the Pipedrive deal, ready to attribute any future stage change back to the click.
04

Push Real Outcomes

As deals advance and close Won in Pipedrive, LeadTrackr sends each outcome — with its deal value — to your destinations automatically, so Smart Bidding, Meta delivery, and GA4 audiences all learn from real, valued pipeline.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

LeadTrackr reads two native Pipedrive signals: the pipeline stage and the deal value. Pipeline stage is the column a deal occupies as it moves through a pipeline — for example Qualified, Contact Made, Proposal Made, Negotiation, and finally Won or Lost. Deal value is the monetary amount attached to that deal. You decide which stage counts as a qualified lead and which counts as a conversion, and LeadTrackr sends the matching event — with the deal value attached — to your ad platforms the moment that stage is reached.
Yes. Pipedrive lets you run several pipelines side by side, for example one for new business and one for upsells, each with its own ordered stages. LeadTrackr can read every pipeline you grant access to and lets you map stages per pipeline to different conversion events. Because each deal carries its own value, a Won deal in your new-business pipeline can send a different conversion value than one in your upsell pipeline, so each ad platform optimizes toward the revenue that actually matters to you.
No. The integration works with Pipedrive accounts that expose deals and pipelines over the standard API, which covers the common paid tiers. Connection is a one-time OAuth authorization from your integrations dashboard. LeadTrackr does not require you to register a private Pipedrive app, manage API tokens, or build any automation. Once connected, stage changes and deal-value updates flow automatically without ongoing maintenance.
LeadTrackr only fires a conversion when a deal reaches a stage you have mapped, so dragging a deal back to an earlier stage does not create a duplicate. If a deal is reopened and later marked Won again, LeadTrackr can be configured to treat the original Won as the single attributed conversion, preventing double-counting in Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. Because each conversion is attributed to the original click date, your historical campaign reporting and time-to-conversion windows stay accurate even on long Pipedrive sales cycles.
