Turn Zoho CRM deals into offline conversions

LeadTrackr connects Zoho CRM to your ad platforms by reading the Deal stage and revenue on every Deal. When a Deal advances to Negotiation/Review or moves to Closed Won, LeadTrackr pushes that outcome back to Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 so your campaigns optimize on real pipeline value, not raw form fills.

What it does

What Is the Zoho CRM Integration?

In plain English: Zoho CRM already knows which Deals reach Closed Won and how much they're worth. LeadTrackr passes that signal back to Google, Meta and GA4 — so your ads chase real buyers, not just form-fillers.

The full story

The Zoho CRM integration lets LeadTrackr read sales outcomes from your CRM and send them back to your ad platforms as offline conversions. Zoho CRM already qualifies every opportunity through two native signals your team updates daily on each Deal record — the Stage (Qualification, Proposal/Price Quote, Negotiation/Review, Closed Won, Closed Lost) and the revenue held in the Amount field — so the data you need is already sitting in your pipeline.

By default your ad platforms only know a form was submitted. LeadTrackr matches each Zoho Deal back to the original ad click, then forwards the Stage change or the closed Amount to Google Ads, Meta and GA4 through their official APIs. Because it reads the Amount directly, it can send each Deal's true value, so your campaigns optimize toward larger Deals instead of treating every conversion as equal.

What LeadTrackr reads

Deal Stage

Where a Deal sits as it moves through your pipeline from Qualification to Negotiation/Review and Closed Won.

Revenue

The Amount field on the Deal — plus Expected Revenue, which Zoho derives from Amount times Probability.

How it works, step by step

Ad click captured
GCLID & fbclid stored on the form submission
Deal qualified in Zoho
Stage advances or the Deal reaches Closed Won

Sent to Google Ads, Meta & GA4 automatically

You might be wondering

Q.How does LeadTrackr send Zoho CRM Deals to my ad platforms?

LeadTrackr reads the Zoho Deal Stage and the Amount, then uploads the matching outcome to each platform through its official API — Enhanced Conversions for Leads for Google Ads, the Conversions API for Meta, and the Measurement Protocol for GA4. The GCLID and fbclid captured on the original form are tied to the Zoho Deal, so every Closed Won is attributed back to the exact click — carrying the Deal Amount as its value.

Connections

Push Zoho CRM data to any platform

Zoho CRM qualifies the lead; LeadTrackr sends that conversion to the ad platform you advertise on.

How it works

Setup in 4 Steps

01

Connect Zoho CRM

Authorize LeadTrackr against your Zoho CRM account with a standard OAuth consent. LeadTrackr reads Contacts, Deals, pipeline Stages, and the Amount field — no custom Zoho extension or self-client app required on your side.
02

Map Deal Stages & Revenue

Choose which Zoho signals count as a conversion. Map a Stage such as Negotiation/Review to your "Qualified Lead" event and Closed Won to your "Converted Lead" event, and tell LeadTrackr to read the Amount field as the conversion value.
03

Connect Your Destinations

Link Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. LeadTrackr captures the GCLID and fbclid on each form submission and ties them to the Zoho Deal, ready to attribute any future Stage change or Closed Won back to the click.
04

Push Real Outcomes

As Deals advance and close in Zoho CRM, LeadTrackr sends each outcome — with its revenue — to your destinations automatically, so Smart Bidding, Meta delivery, and GA4 audiences all learn from real pipeline.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

LeadTrackr reads two native Zoho CRM signals on the Deal record: the Stage and the revenue. Stage tracks a Deal through your pipeline — Qualification, Proposal/Price Quote, Negotiation/Review, and on to Closed Won or Closed Lost. Revenue is held in the Amount field and surfaced as Expected Revenue, which Zoho calculates as Amount multiplied by the stage Probability. You decide which Stage counts as a qualified lead and which counts as a conversion, and whether the Amount is sent as the conversion value, and LeadTrackr fires the matching event to your ad platforms when that moment is reached.
Yes. Zoho CRM lets you build multiple pipelines, each with its own custom Stages and Probability values, for example one for new business and one for renewals. LeadTrackr reads every pipeline you grant access to and lets you map Stages per pipeline to different conversion events and values. A Closed Won in your new-business pipeline can therefore carry a different conversion value than one in your renewals pipeline, so each ad platform optimizes toward the revenue that actually matters to you.
No. The integration works with any Zoho CRM edition that exposes Contacts and Deals over the standard REST API, which includes the paid editions most sales teams already run. Connection is a one-time OAuth authorization from your integrations dashboard. LeadTrackr does not require you to register a self-client app, manage API tokens, or write any Deluge or workflow code. Once connected, Stage and Amount changes flow automatically without ongoing maintenance.
LeadTrackr only fires a conversion when a Deal reaches a Stage you have mapped, so editing a Deal or moving it backward does not create a duplicate. If a Deal reopens and later closes again, LeadTrackr can be configured to treat the original Closed Won as the single attributed conversion, preventing double-counting in Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. When the Amount changes before close, the value sent is the one recorded at the moment the mapped Stage is reached, and because each conversion is attributed to the original click date your historical reporting and time-to-conversion windows stay accurate.
