LeadTrackr pushes the closed-deal value to ChatGPT Ads via ChatGPT Ads Conversions API.

How do you send Zoho CRM deals to ChatGPT Ads?

LeadTrackr reads the Zoho CRM deal stage and its revenue amount, then posts the matching outcome to the ChatGPT Ads Conversions API server-side. It captures the oppref click identifier when a visitor arrives from a sponsored ChatGPT placement, stores it on the Zoho lead so it survives conversion into a deal, and fires the event with hashed email and phone for advanced matching when the deal reaches a mapped stage or Closed Won.

Why connect them

What Zoho CRM + ChatGPT Ads unlocks

Server-side for post-visit outcomes

A Zoho deal that closes weeks after the click cannot be reported by a browser pixel. LeadTrackr posts it to the Conversions API from the server, which is the layer OpenAI built for conversions that happen offline.

Revenue as the bidding signal

The Zoho deal amount is sent as the conversion value, so conversion-optimised bidding can tell a high-revenue deal from a small one instead of counting every lead record identically.

oppref mapped through lead conversion

LeadTrackr writes the oppref identifier to the Zoho lead and maps it onto the contact and deal, so attribution survives both the lead-conversion process and the 30-day __oppref cookie window.

Hashed advanced matching

Where oppref is missing, matching falls back to the SHA-256 hashed email and phone from the Zoho contact. Hashing happens inside LeadTrackr, so no raw contact data is sent to OpenAI.

Zoho teams connecting ChatGPT Ads early train conversion bidding on Closed Won revenue from the first week, on a channel where most advertisers are still uploading lead-form events.

How it works

Set up once, runs automatically

01

Zoho deal reaches a mapped stage

A deal advances to Negotiation/Review or is set to Closed Won — the Zoho stage changes you chose as conversions, not the form fill that created the lead.

02

LeadTrackr builds the server-side event

LeadTrackr reads the oppref value from the Zoho record, adds the hashed email and phone, attaches the deal revenue and stamps a stable event ID for deduplication.

03

Posted to the Conversions API

The event reaches your ChatGPT Ads Pixel ID over the server-side endpoint, attributed to the placement that earned the click, and conversion bidding reweights delivery toward revenue.

FAQ

Zoho CRM + ChatGPT Ads questions

Because since conversion-optimised bidding launched, the events you send are what the auction trains on. A form submission event teaches it to find people who fill in forms — a group that includes everyone your sales team disqualifies. Sending the Zoho stages that represent genuine progress, with their revenue attached, means the model is built on your actual funnel economics from the start rather than corrected expensively later.
LeadTrackr fires a conversion when a deal reaches a stage you mapped, so moving a deal backward does not generate a duplicate. If a deal is reopened and closes Won again, LeadTrackr can be configured to treat the original Closed Won as the single attributed conversion. Because each event carries a stable event ID, a re-send never produces a second conversion in your ChatGPT Ads reporting.
It is useful for page views and browser-side signals, but it cannot see a Zoho deal close. The important rule when running both is deduplication: the pixel and the Conversions API must send the same event ID for the same conversion, or OpenAI counts it twice and bidding trains on inflated volume. LeadTrackr sends a stable event ID per conversion so the two layers reconcile.
