Turn Gripp quotes into offline conversions

LeadTrackr connects Gripp to your ad platforms by reading quote phase and accepted/declined status. When a quote advances to a qualifying phase or is marked Accepted, LeadTrackr pushes that outcome back to Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 so your campaigns optimize on quotes you actually win, not raw form fills.

What it does

What Is the Gripp Integration?

In plain English: Gripp already knows which quotes your clients sign. LeadTrackr passes that outcome back to Google, Meta and GA4 — so your ads chase projects that get signed, not quote requests that go quiet.

The full story

The Gripp integration lets LeadTrackr read sales outcomes from your Gripp administration and send them back to your ad platforms as offline conversions. Gripp — now part of Exact as Exact Gripp — runs quotes, projects, hours and invoicing for agencies and technical bureaus, and its pipeline is quote-driven: every opportunity travels through the quote phases you configured and ends Accepted or Declined, with an accepted quote converting straight into a project. Those two signals are already sitting in your administration.

By default your ad platforms only see that a form was submitted. LeadTrackr bridges that gap: it stores the ad click ID against the matching Gripp company and quote, then forwards the phase change or Accepted outcome to each platform through its official server-side API — carrying the quote total as the conversion value. A project signed weeks later still credits the campaign that sourced it, so bidding and audiences learn from clicks that become signed work rather than clicks that ask for a price and disappear.

What LeadTrackr reads

Quote phase

How far a quote has travelled through the phases you configured in Gripp — including the phase where it is actually sent.

Accepted/declined status

Whether the client signed the quote or turned it down — plus the quote total that becomes the project budget.

How it works, step by step

GCLID & fbclid stored on the form submission
Quote accepted in Gripp

You might be wondering

Q.How does LeadTrackr send Gripp quotes to my ad platforms?

LeadTrackr reads the Gripp quote phase and accepted/declined status over the Gripp API, then uploads the matching outcome to each platform through its official API — Enhanced Conversions for Leads for Google Ads, the Conversions API for Meta, and the Measurement Protocol for GA4. It captures the GCLID and fbclid on the original form submission and ties them to the quote, so when a quote is sent or marked Accepted the conversion is attributed back to the exact click that earned it, carrying the quote total as its value.

How it works

Setup in 4 Steps

01

Connect Gripp

Generate an API token in Gripp and paste it into LeadTrackr. LeadTrackr reads your companies, quotes, quote phases and accepted/declined status over the Gripp API v3 — no custom Gripp integration to build and no code on your side.
02

Map Quote Phases & Accepted

Choose which Gripp signals count as a conversion. Map the phase where a quote is actually sent to your "Qualified Lead" event and the Accepted status to your "Converted Lead" event, so each milestone fires the right conversion.
03

Connect Your Destinations

Link Google Ads, Meta, and GA4. LeadTrackr captures the GCLID and fbclid on each form submission and ties them to the Gripp quote, ready to attribute any future phase change or Accepted outcome back to the click.
04

Push Real Outcomes

As quotes move through their phases and get accepted in Gripp, LeadTrackr sends each outcome to your destinations automatically — with the quote total as the conversion value — so Smart Bidding, Meta delivery, and GA4 audiences all learn from work you actually win.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

LeadTrackr reads two native Gripp signals: the quote phase and the accepted/declined status. The quote phase tracks how far a quote has moved through the phases you configured in Gripp, while the accepted/declined status records whether the client signed or turned the quote down. You decide which phase counts as a qualified lead — typically the phase where the quote is actually sent — and treat Accepted as the conversion. LeadTrackr sends the matching event to your ad platforms the moment that phase is reached or the quote is accepted.
Yes. Every Gripp quote carries a total, and LeadTrackr can send that total as the conversion value when the quote is marked Accepted. That turns an accepted quote into a revenue signal your ad platforms can bid on, which is what powers Target ROAS in Google Ads and value optimization in Meta. Because an accepted quote in Gripp converts into a project, the value you send is the same number your project budget starts from — so ad reporting and your Gripp administration tell the same story.
A quote marked Declined in Gripp never fires a conversion, because LeadTrackr only sends events for the phases and the Accepted status you map as conversions. This keeps your ad platforms learning exclusively from work you actually win. If a declined quote is later revised and accepted — a common pattern in agency sales — LeadTrackr fires the conversion at that point, attributed back to the original ad click date so your historical campaign reporting stays accurate.
No. Gripp authenticates with an API token you generate inside your own Gripp environment and paste into your LeadTrackr integrations dashboard — a one-time, two-minute step. LeadTrackr then reads companies, quotes, quote phases and accepted/declined status over the standard Gripp API v3. You do not build a custom integration, write automation code, or maintain anything afterwards. Once connected, phase changes and Accepted outcomes flow to your ad platforms automatically.
